Having grown with the cellular retail maV-Docs paperless contractsrket since the late 80s, the founders of V-DOCS recognized an opportunity to digitally store and instantly retrieve contracts improving the customer experience, the business impact, and environmental responsibility.
V-DOCS is the only electronic signature and contract solution that, once signed, presents a summary screen to the user for confirmation of details. These can be edited if desired, or locked from edit. The document is then sealed, whereby all properties of the document are embedded, and sealed with a digital security certificate. It is then submitted to a document management system. Verification is performed through Adobe Reader by loading the PDF which reveals the on-screen authenticity. V-DOCS incorporate trusted digital signature technology compliant with UETA, ESIGN and other electronic commerce regulations.
